A Safer County

For a safer Anne Arundel County, I will:

Implement technology to aide County Police and the Sheriff’s Office to effectively make arrests, getting violent offenders off the streets while not removing our law enforcement officers from patrol duties.

Reestablish weekend coverage without increasing overtime to eliminate warrants for violent criminals.

Restructure organizational chart to make agency more productive.  

Design incentives to motivate work environment while restoring the integrity and equality to the office through training.
